Milestone Marketing

Publicize first, 100th, 1,000th and 1,000,000th Client.

This type of Milestone Marketing has been around forever because it is effective, yet simple.

The stereotype is the retail customer that walks through the front door and is handed prizes for being the X number customer.

Don’t just take it literally – you don’t need to be a retailer waiting for that 1,000 client to walk through the doors. Use this exposure format and make it fit your business.

For example, if you are a delivery company, announce the fact that you have never lost a package or never missed a delivery time. You could be a manufacturer who has not had lost time to an accident. Or how about announcing the 1,000,000 product rolling off you assembly line. (you can tell I'm from Detroit)

Get the picture? Set a milestone that measures successful customer service or successful company growth, reach it and celebrate it.

Be sure you plan on letting everyone know about your milestones using press releses, email, social media and any other way you think will get your announcement out to the world.

Budget: $100 - $350 per month
